Our Story

Men's Food & Fellowship Ministry was born from an inspirational moment during prayer. With the premise, brothers love to eat during fellowship, God revealed the need to create a safe space where men could gather, grow, and support one another. Founded on the pillars of brotherhood, spiritual growth, and leadership development, the ministry was established to fulfill this God-given purpose and bring the vision to life.

Beginning with the simple realization that often around shared meals and authentic relationships, men naturally connect over good food and meaningful conversations. Therefore, the  focus was to provide an environment where men can openly express themselves freely; share their experiences; encourage one another while continuing to grow in their faith and strengthening their leadership abilities.

Founder and Chairman, Ron, invited nine friends who shared his faith, values, and commitment to encouraging one another to join him on this journey. On April 11, 2025, Men's Food & Fellowship Ministry held its first weekend retreat, marking the beginning of a brotherhood of men committed to strengthening their faith through friendship and fellowship.

Our ministry's motto, "Relax, Reflect, and Recharge," encapsulates the heart of our mission.

Relax – We believe every man needs time to step away from the busyness of everyday life to experience rest, renewal, and genuine connection. Our retreats and gatherings provide opportunities to disconnect from daily demands and fully engage with a supportive community of brothers in Christ.

Reflect – We encourage men to thoughtfully examine their past, present, and future while seeking God's guidance through prayer, biblical teaching, and the wisdom and support of fellow believers.

Recharge – We equip men to apply biblical principles in their daily lives so they can face life's challenges with renewed faith, strength, purpose, and confidence.

As part of our commitment to spiritual and emotional wellness, members have access to a licensed professional counselor and pastor (Vice-Chairman Kerry Williams) as well as ministry leaders and the ongoing encouragement and accountability of fellow members.

Through biannual retreats, fellowship gatherings, and occasional outings—our "Guy Trips"—Men's Food & Fellowship Ministry creates opportunities for men to build lasting relationships, renew their spiritual focus, and strengthen their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Every gathering is designed to cultivate authentic brotherhood, encourage one another in Christ, and inspire men to grow as faithful leaders in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
